Plastic Soffits and Fascias

Our fascias and soffits are designed to blend gracefully and sympathetically with existing architecture to preserve the true character of your house and add beauty to your home.

We operate two systems.

  1. Overclad, this is the most popular choice and involves the use of a 9mm capping board and for the soffit, a 9mm hollow profile board to keep weight down.
  2. Full strip down, which includes total removal of existing fascia, soffits and bargeboards. The following points explain the procedure:
    1. Remove Guttering
    2. Strip off fascias, soffits and bargeboards
    3. Plyline rafterfeet with 12mm external grade ply
    4. Pick up bottom edge of roofing felt
    5. Supply and fit UPVC fascias, soffits and bargeboards with or without soffit venting OR if required, over fascias venting
    6. Guttering and downpipes supplied and fitted in your choice of profile and colour
